Narrative
GWINNETT COUNTY, GA – According to FOX5 News, at least one person was seriously injured in a crash involving 10 vehicles on I-85 in Gwinnett County on Thursday.
Authorities say the accident took place around 8:00 a.m. near State Road 317 / Lawrenceville-Suwanee Road. At least 10 vehicles were reportedly involved in the crash, including a tractor-trailer. Two vehicles were found overturned at the scene.
One driver was seriously injured in the accident and had to be extricated from their vehicle. They sustained a head injury and were transported to a nearby hospital for treatment. They are currently in critical condition.
Three other drivers also sustained injuries in the incident, but authorities have not released further details on their condition at this time.
