Narrative

CLAYTON COUNTY, GA – One person’s life was claimed in a multi-vehicle collision on I-75 North near Mt. Zion Boulevard after 1 a.m. Monday. Based on a preliminary report, one driver lost control of his car and collided with a barrier wall. When the motorist’s vehicle became disabled, he was then struck by another vehicle. The other driver from the second vehicle got out of his car and was fatally struck by a tractor-trailer. The second driver succumbed to fatal injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene.
