Narrative
One person is dead following a crash in Cobb County on Sunday morning. The crash occurred around 7:30am on Due West Road near the intersection with Lanesborough Drive. The driver of a Honda Odyssey lost control of their vehicle and swerved into the path of oncoming traffic, causing a truck to strike the Honda. The driver of the Honda died at the scene. The driver of the truck was taken to a local hospital where they are being treated for minor injuries.
